These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PicPop.me. By using our service, you agree to comply with these rules.
01User Eligibility
Usage is restricted to individuals aged 13 and older. By continuing, you represent that you meet or exceed this local age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
02Anonymous Feedback Risk
You voluntarily accept the risk of receiving content that may be unexpected or critical. PicPop acts as a carrier and is not liable for the psychological impact of user-generated content.
03Prohibited Conduct
- Harassment, bullying, or targeted abuse of any user.
- Uploading illegal, non-consensual, or sexually explicit material.
- Attempting to deanonymize users or bypass platform security.
- Using the platform for spam or commercial solicitation.
04Intellectual Property & Copyright
You retain ownership of the images you upload. However, by uploading content, you represent and warrant that you own all necessary rights to such content and that it does not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights.
Copyright Enforcement (DMCA): We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact our legal desk at legal@picpop.me with a formal DMCA takedown notice. We will remove infringing material in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
The "PicPop" name, logo, and all brand assets are the property of the platform creators. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.
05Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the platform, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
06Disclaimers & Warranties
PicPop is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the service or the information, content, materials, or products included on the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PicPop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us to use the services (if any) in the past six months.
Violation of these terms will result in immediate suspension.
